For the high-end crows, why not mount the type of sensor you might see in a flatbed camera onto a camera? BetterLight, along with Panoscan, does just that. Its high-end model can create a 416-megapixel image--or 139 megapixels, if you count each group of red, blue and green sensor elements as a single pixel.
