Photos: Boston-Power's 'Sonata' battery

Here's a battery (above) made from lithium-ion cells produced by Boston-Power and a battery made from conventional cells. The company says its "Sonata" battery is safer and faster-charging. Hewlett-Packard has been evaluating the battery and may feature it in a notebook this year. It usually takes relatively new companies like Boston-Power a lot longer to obtain such manufacturing deals.
