The big windows of the LV home offer outdoor views. Generous insulation is designed for energy efficiency, to block the sun in the summer yet retain heat in the winter. Wall panels are made of sustainably grown Southern Yellow Pine. Customers can choose from three types of foundations and 31 exterior colors. Interior finishes can be customized to meet owners' eco-friendly appetites. To create a seamless-looking exterior, flat sheet metal hides the fasteners, while the gutters are tucked behind a faux wall panel.
