Hawaiian fourth-graders on a special school project with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) used wireless handheld devices to collect data on humpback whales.

Alexandra Cousteau, granddaughter of ecologist Jacques Cousteau, worked with the kids to film a documentary on the project for Animal Planet. Here she works with Kalino Poai.
