Photos: First images from Saturn moon close encounter

This appears to be the closest image of the surface of Enceladus. We brightened the photo with Photoshop; a sample of the raw image is below. This appears to be from the south pole region which is younger and not pitted with craters like the north pole region is.Click here for an enlargement.
