Some of the planes parked at the Roswell International Air Center in Roswell, N.M., have their engines and windows blocked off to protect them from sun and dirt. And while the planes are often in serious disrepair, some will eventually be fixed up and put back into service as they're needed by their owners, which in the case of this Boeing MD-80 is American Airlines. The planes at the air center in Roswell are unrelated to the flight cancellation kerfuffle American has been in this week.
