Dawn Solar does a combination of a solar hot water system and a solar photovoltaic system that's integrated with a building's roof.

A roof has a layer of flexible solar cells from Uni-Solar to generate electricity. Underneath that is a mounting system for running tubes that carry a liquid that's heated by sun on the roof. A heat exchanger, typically in a basement, converts the circulating hot liquid into hot water for domestic use.
