On Tuesday, Apple will announce plans and possibly redesigns for its laptop line. As usual, the Cupertino, Calif.-based company has been tight-lipped on details, but CNET editors have their suspicions.

On this edition of the CNET News Daily Debrief, CNET's Kara Tsuboi and Crave chief correspondent Erica Ogg discuss new design possibilities, internal chip upgrades, and rumors of an entry-level laptop selling for less than 1,000 bucks.

Also, be sure to check back with Crave at 10 a.m. PDT for a link to Erica's live blog from the event.
