As growing numbers of corporate trademark owners level their legal might to win the rights to desirable domain names, the individuals fighting to maintain those rights are gaining a voice. Ajax.org, a nonprofit site that prevailed over Colgate-Palmolive, is looking to help others with the proposal of a new alliance, while a Los Angeles dad succeeds in getting Archie Comics to back down from its push to win a domain named after his daughter.
